My passion lies in supporting people who have experienced childhood trauma, through a holistic and compassionate approach. I emphasize empathy, compassion, and a grounded reality in my work, creating a space where you feel seen and understood.

I have experience working with youth and families dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and relationship issues. I am a Master level intern working toward my Clinical Social Work degree at the University of Washington.

As I provide counseling services, I am committed to creating a compassionate environment that allows you to truly express yourself and talk about your experiences and perspectives. In the future, I hope to expand my practice by learning therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and hypnotherapy to further promote healing and growth.
