Our approach
A neurodiversity-affirming space
Difference is not a deficit. Care should respect your autonomy, communication, culture, and lived experience.
This is a neurodiversity-affirming space. Neurodiversity describes the range of neurological functioning in humans and the different ways people experience and interact with the world. It is not a diagnosis. It includes conditions such as ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome, sensory processing differences, and intellectual disabilities.
Our therapies aim to create a safe and welcoming environment for neurodivergent people. We presume competence, support autonomy, respect communication styles, and follow the voices of neurodivergent people. We do not aim to “cure,” reverse, or treat away someone’s diagnosis; we aim to increase each client’s freedom to engage in life authentically, with agency and dignity.
