My approach to therapy is rooted in a holistic, integrative, and culturally competent perspective, custom-tailored to your unique desires and requirements. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University and have nearly a decade of experience. Throughout this time, I’ve honed my expertise in incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and movement therapy to facilitate both self-exploration and the healing process. I firmly believe that the sanctuary of healing is established through grounding ourselves and embracing the entirety of the present moment.
