About Me
Welcome to the beginning of your new personal journey toward healing and learning how to best navigate life’s complexities. In therapy, we will create a safe space for you to honor both your mind and body as we explore your unique history, strengths, and desires. My belief is that therapy is a powerful opportunity to better understand yourself and gain the tools to write your own story with compassionate guidance.
I am a Master’s level intern working toward my Clinical Social Work degree at the University of Washington. My approach is holistic and nonjudgmental, grounded in the belief that everyone’s journey is deeply personal and should align with your own values and culture, free from shame or fear of harm.
With several years of experience in the field of healing, I have had the privilege of working with diverse groups of individuals. I have supported Indigenous adults navigating life’s stressors, Veterans experiencing depression and suicidal ideation, young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and children/teens facing behavioral health challenges.
As a queer person myself, I am deeply committed to creating affirming, culturally humble spaces where diverse identities are celebrated. I approach our work together from a client-centered perspective, empowering you to identify and pursue goals that reflect your true needs and desires. I also recognize that the current and historical challenges of the world bring additional stressors to mental health, and I am here to navigate those complexities alongside you in a holistic way.
Taking the first step toward seeking help can be daunting, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out. If you are ready to begin, I invite you to contact me for an initial consultation.
