About Me
Life can be complicated, and sometimes it helps to have a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and talk things through. Whether you’re navigating everyday stress, relationships, parenting, life transitions, or the ups and downs of growing up, therapy can offer support, insight, and connection along the way. My approach is relaxed, collaborative, and centered around you. I’m not here to tell you who you should be. Instead, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.
Through ongoing trainings and continuing education, I stay current on best practices in areas including OCD and ERP, queer- and trans-affirming care, trauma-informed care, support for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm, those living with anxiety disorders, and expecting or new parents.
I love working with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds and identities. I approach therapy with cultural humility, recognizing that each person’s story is shaped by their unique personal experiences, relationships, cultural values, and systemic influences.
